Donations are used to:
- permanently protect Door County’s rural and natural heritage and its unique and fragile wildlife habitat;
- educate the community about the importance of land protection; and
- make land available to the public for hiking, cross-country skiing, canoeing, hunting, fishing, and the quiet contemplation of nature.
Membership dollars are used for land acquisition, stewardship and restoration on the nature preserves, volunteer projects, and educational activities and events. Begin your membership today with an annual or monthly gift.
