Door County Land Trust and The Ridges Sanctuary Conclude Merger Discussions
The Ridges Sanctuary and Door County Land Trust decided to conclude their exploratory discussions for a possible merger. While the organizations determined now is not the right time to combine, they are committed to continue working together in various ways. Both organizations developed a deeper understanding of and appreciation for the other through this process.
The community is fortunate to have several environmental partners, working in complementary ways to protect and preserve Door County’s critical habitats and scenic natural beauty.
