Earth Day photos shared by Land Trust members Nancy Aten and Dan Collins

We recently received a collection of Earth Day photos from Land Trust members Nancy Aten and Dan Collins. The photos were taken at their conservation easement-protected property within the Door County Land Trust’s Bay Shore Blufflands project area and are an inspiring chronicle of the many creatures who call their restored wetlands “home.” View Nancy and Dan's Earth Day photos below, which include the red-backed salamanders, caddisfly larvae, marsh marigolds and Sandhill cranes—including incubating eggs. The new “colts” (named for their strong, long legs) are expected to hatch mid to late May!
